Instead of relying on a personal opinion on social media, one should read the scientific literature or what major public health bodies publish on the subject. Just like for COVID-19 and vaccines. The actual reason they promote individual opinions and promote some people as idols. I however also suspect that as usual, what the person said was distorted for effect, like using the terminology children for an early term fetus. "These are the facts." is also to convince, something one doesn't normally need to conclude a statement that is factual. It's propaganda. I would not trust this anti-abortion activist for any information, or to be rational about this.

No, they are not. Just the fact that you can go out in public and spread these bold-faced lies and slander over people and institutions without any personal consequences or backlash is a sign you have allowed way too much leeway with the free speech laws. A person lies openly about working in planned parenthood, then they lie about the actual procedures in the same sentence FFS.
Public speech should have instant consequences, especially when you are peddling bold-faced lies and trying to organize a lynching mob based on such. Again for the folks in the back, freedom of saying “GET ‘EM!” is not a freedom of speech, it’s a suppression of basic rights of the other, the outsider and the disliked, it’s a death-threatening enforcement of the mobs “morality” to the exclusion of that of the other people and it is no way to conduct a society based on rights and freedoms. It should never exist in any society calling itself either free or rights based and even less so in melting pot cultures, since these specifically rely on no group having the right to enforce themselves above others.
