You “literally” humiliated her? How and why? Rape is a very serious crime and allegation; wouldn’t it be better to talk about it, to discuss the different stories? Most raped people never report the rapes BECAUSE they fear that the investigation and trial will be almost as horrible and humiliating as the crime itself. Way to go to confirm her worst fears!
Never go home from school alone; that’s what women are told all the time, as if women are responsible for the action of rapists.
The pain and humiliation of a rape can also be unbearable. So much so that most victims go into Frozen Fright during the crime.

Somewhere around 4 percent of all REPORTED rapes and harassments are false accusations. And, just as @JustAlongForTheRide says, we women probably hate the false accusers even more than men do. Every one of them harms the chances the rest of us have for being believed in the first place.

Only about 6 percent of all rapists ever see the inside of a prison cell.
Most rape and harassment cases are dropped due to “lack of evidence” (even with scratch-marks and DNA samples), as if this is a very low-prioritized crime. Most women, and many men, think this is the second-worst crime of all, though. Some think it’s even worse than murder, as you have to live with the memories.
