Just because you are born a certain way doesn't meant that is the way you have to be. Some people are born Asian, but through surgeries and counseling they can change.

Yeah, that's right, with the proper surgery and counseling, one can change the continent on which one was born. I'm waiting for my Africa transplant. After that, they're going to counsel me until I turn black.

Through counseling, gay people can appear hetero to everyone else. Through surgery (and counseling?), Asian people can appear non-Asian. However, this doesn't change the fact that the gay person is still attracted to his/her own gender, and the Asian person was born in Asia. Doing either would be a ridiculous attempt to compromise yourself in the name of conformity; your effort would be better spent trying to win rights for people who are different.

Me, I'm an ex-caucasian. I was told to be ashamed of the way I was born, so I went through several painful surgeries and counseling to reassure myself that I was not meant to be caucasian. After several years of this, my skin is now a pale shade of pink, and it also has a swollen appearance. I am relieved. No more will I be forced to live with pale skin!
