[Translated from "Pourquoi il faut interdire l’avortement" - "Why Abortion Should Be Banned"]
Here's a 10-point analysis on the question of abortion. And a conclusion
1) The child is constitued since conception. He has a genotype. He has a soul[…]
3) The law shall allow abortion only in two cases:
-The woman had been raped;
-Pregnancy endengers the woman
4) Excepted in these two cases, abortion is premeditated murder: assassination. In utero infanticide
5) Back to the 1810 Penal Code: abortion held to be a felony and punished with prison
6) A woman who aborts is a mother who decided to kill her child. She is the first guilty[…]
9) Abortion is also a crime against the fatherland: 200,000 death by year, 8 millions in 40 years
10) With her law of 1975, Simone Veil is the first responsible of the choah of French children
Conclusion to win the battle of opinion, abortion shall be denounced as a felony

For those wondering about the nature of the 1810 Penal Code , below is the article 317 at its inception:
Whoever, by reason of substances to be swallowed, either solid or liquid; by medicines; by violence; or by any other means; shall have caused the miscarriage of a woman with child, whether she has consented to it or not, shall be punished with solitary imprisonment [Time being between 5 to 10 years of prison]
The same penalty shall be awarded against the woman who shall have procured her own miscarriage, or shall have consented to make use of the means prescribed to her, or administered for that purpose, if the miscarriage has actually ensued therefrom
The physicians, surgeons, and other officers of health, who shall have prescribed or administered such means, shall be condemned to hard labour for time, if the miscarriage has actually taken place [Hard labor for time being between 5 to 20 years of, well, forced labour in galleys]
Expect, like what bappened, widespread jury nullification; indeed, the 1920 law aiming to suppress abortion was to make this act a misdemeanor, since professional judges would not give sympathy acquittals. I’m surprised that, given how you redacted 1 and 4, you didn’t invoke articles 296 or 300.
Here's a 2-point analysis on the question of abortion. And a conclusion:
1- Shitler made abortion illegal
2- The pro-Choice Biden isn't a Nazi
Conclusion: Don't be an inferior subhuman Nazi, Henners.
“1) The child … has a soul[…]”
And we know this….how?
This has a bearing on the question…how?
“9) Abortion is also a crime against the fatherland: 200,000 death by year, 8 millions in 40 years”
but how do you know the blastocyst will be a benefit to the fatherland?
“Conclusion to win the battle of opinion, abortion shall be denounced as a felony”
If it’s based on the presence of a soul and the benefit to ‘the fatherland,’ making it a felony doesn’t change my opinion on abortion being a right to bodily autonomy.
If zygotes had souls, don't you think that their failure at expressing as a human on Earth for any reason outside of their control, would not need to be dramatic? That the non-physical soul could simply migrate or something? What when it happens naturally? What when it is inadvertently responsible for the death of another person like the mother? Would it then deserve some kind of divine punishment?
What do you make of scripture from Judeo-Christian tradition suggesting that priests may have forced it on women using abortifacients (ordeal of bitter water of Numbers)? And such a despicable practice is not what pro-choice is about. Considering what you're advocating for, one can rightly wonder if you'd not support eugenism yourself if a "universalist gene" was discovered making people less prone to extreme nationalism...
Where is the evidence that a soul gets attached to cells whenever a spermatozoon and ovum fuse? How could this soul express itself without a nervous system? Isn't it more a human conception invented by our creative minds (those that need a well developped and complex nervous system to also have the impression of consciousness)? The same reason humans rarely envision animals as having souls, despite the fact that today we discover that other mammals are quite similar to us with the same basic emotions, just much less intelligence. Older cultures did imagine them as having a divine component, like in animism (and plants too)...
1. Due to separation of church and state, how is that relevant to anything?
3. That’s stupid. Let women make their own decisions.
4. That assumes that French law considers the embryo a person. If not, it’s not murder. The pregnant person is, however, a citizen with rights.
5. The death penalty was also legal once and yet it’s considered barbaric in Europe nowadays.
6. Infantcide is after the birth.
7. Why should the “Fatherland” care more about the unborn than the women who, again, are full citizens, productive workers and tax payers?
Confused?
