The election of 2016 will go down in history as a watershed moment in the battle for Western Civilization. Against all odds the most anti-Christian Party in the history of American was jettisoned from their perch of power. The miraculous election of Donald Trump did not happen without the intervention of Almighty God.
We can argue all day as to whether his election was a blessing or a curse but no matter which side of the goal line you stand you cannot deny the Supernatural intervention. Donald Trump was God’s foot-in-the-door to the anti-Christ Clinton’s and their criminal enterprise with their machinations designed to heave the final shovel of dirt on this once Christian American Republic.
It is my belief that very few Christians understand how close we were to the criminalization of Christianity and the overthrow of Western Civilization. The fact that you think what I just said was hyperbole shows just how blind you were to the sword of Damocles swaying over our necks.
I believe in the very depths of my being that Almighty God has given us a temporary and final reprieve from the outpouring of His terrible wrath. Could it be that in His wrath he has remembered mercy?

Well, if Almighty God arranged to have Trump elected, doesn't that mean he did the same thing in all previous elections? Or has he been sleeping or otherwise ignoring us and just woke up a couple of months ago?
@Prager: Does anyone else remember how the John Birchers spent literally decades screaming at everyone who would listen that the Russians were trying to infiltrate, subvert and conquer the West? All they had to do was become corrupt oligarch capitalists who ruthlessly persecute gays, lesbians, religious minorities and anyone to the left of Genghis Khan, and suddenly the neo-Birchers are desperate to throw open the gates and bend knee to them.
@#2017726, Swede and everyone else: there's at least one group of pastors in Texas who were in the news recently because they believe that Trump is the actual no-foolin' Second Coming. Televangelist Jim Bakker has been slobbering on his knob for months, and recently gushed that Heaven had to be something similar to the gold-plated Trump Hotel. Rightwing Christian morons like Bryan Fischer are roaring with approval that the Trump administration is going after illegal immigrants and possibly identifying the churches that minister to them, and they're all thrilled that the Trumpista junta is already frantically trying to repeal regulation and oversight over law enforcement, the banking sector, the stock market and our largest and most powerful corporations. And the rightwing evangelical church has finally gotten what it's craved for decades--the ability to not only rewrite the country's legal framework to suit only themselves with little or no opposition, but also to wield the government apparatus of this country as a murder-weapon to purge competing liberal religious denominations and bully any survivors back into line. And in the years to come, they're only going to be too glad to share it with the rest of the world.
With no sense of shame, guilt or regret, they've finally showed the entire world who and what their real god is.
Funnily enough, "temporary and final reprieve " sounds a helluva lot like the gap between the election of Hitler as German chancellor and the beginning of World War 2.
