Uh… Yes. It certainly has. We’ve tracked the motions of the planets and the sun and the Earth. Even in the geocentric model, the planets DO go around the sun. They go around the Earth, too, and it’s a far more complicated dance than the heliocentric model, but there’s no way around the fact that they do ‘go around’ the sun. Your objection here is just bone-stupid.
What you MIGHT say, instead, is that the geocentric model is more biblical, but don’t pretend that there’s NO evidence for the other models out there.
