Liberals be like: Roe v wade affects trans identified men too, because they are also women, and having a vagina doesn't make you a woman, so we need to fight for the right of all uterus havers right to choose!

Roe v Wade affected everybody in the US, it just affected people who were capable of becoming pregnant (or believed they were, in case of those who are infertile but don’t know it) more than those who weren’t.
Just because you can put incoherent nonsense in people’s mouths doesn’t mean they actually say it.
Sigh. No. Transmen can get pregnant too (unless they underwent the proper medical procedures to remove that possibility, which many of them don’t want to do, which is entirely in their rights), but that doesn’t make them women, and most definitely no liberal who has any idea about the subject matter would say so. That YOU believe that only women can have uteruses is simply caused by your inane focus on a biologistic (and wrong) interpretation and conflation of sex and gender. Since many transmen can get pregnant, they are under the same threat as cis-women from the Roe vs. Wade debacle. There is simply no point in trying to use that for your own ignorant spin-doctoring.

“Trans Identified Men/Males” is their term for trans women. They’re trying to make fun of the idea that trans women are women by implying that they can get pregnant despite “not having a vagina”, because if they were “really women” they would be able to get pregnant. They’re trying to parody a strawman idea which no one actually holds and not even doing it right.
The fact that (an admittedly very small number of) men can get pregnant is one of the least earth-shattering revelations that happen from attaining a basic level of awareness about trans people’s existence. But I reckon it’s predictable that this would be the one thing about trans people that completely rocks your world, given the complete, utter, and soul-consuming obsession you lot already have with getting the state to force people to carry all pregnancies to term and birth them no matter what the consequences.

Oh damn, I must have been tired by all their bullshit while writing that. Their whole terminology is confusing and exhausting as hell. Probably even deliberately so. Still, doesn’t change much to be honest. They are just as wrong about transwomen as they are about transmen.
Confused?
