The Citizenship Act would beg to differ. The fact that you display ignorance of the Charter - particularly section 27 which explicitly affirms that the Charter of Rights and Freedoms shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the preservation and enhancement of the multicultural heritage of Canadians and more generally all sections concerning equality under the law - indicates you would likely fail a citizenship test.
“From far and wide, O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.” It’s even in our National Anthem. Also on the test. I’m willing to bet you even resent that French is our second official language and simply chose your words to be less "harmful” to your efforts to cast a broader net of appeal to your implied racism.
Oh and to put @Sasha at ease the oath all new Canadians must swear in their citizenship ceremony does specifically include recognizing the Aboriginal and Treaty rights of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples… But keeping with the pattern I’m afraid that’s more set dressing than anything else and most born citizens are a bit less respectful in practice. Or let’s face it: exactly as senselessly fucking hostile and undeservedly self righteously self superior as American neo-confederates who will cause problems, play victim for the problems they cause, actively impede every attempt to clean up the problem, and then act like not solving the problem means their whole fucking shtick that they are the sole deserving inheritors of the land and everyone else just squats on their lawn for reasons that don’t count when others fit the same criteria they use to elevate themselves is justified a thousand times over.
So… maybe not so much putting them at ease then.
