... didn't the whole damn thing die in 2016?

I mean every news outlet then was reporting that the damage was SO BAD the whole thing was going to die ANY DAY.

So much for journalism, eh?

Maybe now the whole thing WILL die and we can stop fucking hearing about it...

Things melt, and I don’t think they re-freeze.

You do know that headlines are often exaggerated and clickbaity, and weren’t a whole lot better than that even before there were clicks to bait? I mean assuming that you’re one of those people who get their news mostly from reading the headlines. Regardless, the water in the Great Barrier Reef has sometimes gotten too hot for most species of coral to survive well (or at all) and there’s been quite a lot of damage over the years. If healthy oceans aren’t something you care about, why are you complaining so much? Just ignore and move on.
