@Niam2023
Its less the fact that he had one and posted it in as much as it is the fact he has a picture of someone dead, killed by someone who is not the Eyeball Killer, and managed to find this picture when the person dead
You'd be surprised how many people find murder victims and snap a photo, try pretty much any shock/gore site. Some of the images just come from crime scene photos too, and images aren't necessarily uploaded by the person who took them.
was not someone reported on and visible in the media.
How are you sure it wasn't reported somewhere? This is the real trouble here, you haven't been able to back up these types of assertions. Yes, it would be nice if I could find a case related to this image, but that't extremely difficult given the nature of the subject.
He either found it in the dark web,
You don't need to go on the deep web to find this kind of stuff.
which already paints a very suspicious portrayal of him
I've used TOR and explored hiddenwikis, does that make me suspicious?
or he took the picture himself of his victim, and posted it online to a group which he feels a connection to.
I have already stated that I found another instance of this image that was posted 3 years before the instance in DiarrheaMan's submission, furthermore the copy I found was in an entirely unrelated context.
@DiarrheaMan
3. The eyes and lips could theoretically be from scavengers such as birds and coyotes, but the fact that vultures havn't touched the poor young woman's remains yet makes this unlikely. (Vultures leave a wound in the abdomen and pull stuff out.) So I'm guessing the scumfuck who killed her also took souvenirs.
Vultures and coyotes aren't the only scavengers.
4. Is Jawimplants responsible? Quite possibly.
Once again, there is no evidence of this.
This image doesn't appear anywhere except 4chan and Lookism, so unless Jawimplants got it off Tor or something, he must have got it off the device it was taken with.
The deduction after the second comma is correct, but it relies on unsubstantiated claims before it in the same sentence.
1) Just because I only found it on 4chan and you found it on the site in your submission doesn't mean those are the only places it occurs.
2) There are many sites that are not indexed by search engines that are also not on TOR.
As for your comment afterwards; misogynist, someone obsessed with physical appearance, a sick fuck? Yes, he's easily those things. A narcissist? I wouldn't be surprised. The rest might be too far of a stretch though; you realize there's a reason why it takes expertise and experience to do criminal psychological profiling and forensics, right?
If all it took to say someone is a killer was to upload a gory image of a dead body and be an asshole then we'd have a lot of otherwise innocent people serving hard time.
Jawimplants has demonstrated they can post pictures, unedited and uncensored, of the victim of a serial killer
Any one of us can do the same things. Also, we don't know if the imaged person is the victim of a serial killer.
Their behavior and methodology is very similar to those of a serial killer, or perhaps an apprentice to one / someone who desires to emulate their mentor figure.
No, we don't have anything to suggest that. I don't think I'm getting anywhere with this conversation, so I'll just end here with a tl;dr:
In order to make claims about something you need good evidence to support those claims.
