God-fearing college dropout redneck hick ..."college dropout" is an enormous redneck virtue, as it suggests that first, the individual once had enough competence to be able to leave home and experience the world; second, that he's a "humble" person who would rather be home with his homies in their familiar stagnant environment.
Nothing troubles a redneck as much as seeing one of their own actually growing an intellect.
The next time you're really, really sick, be sure to ask for 50-year old antibiotics. The new ones are for them there "evolved" bacteria, and since you don't think evolution is true, you don't need those.
