I mean, the sentence is correct. The USA is not two small ancient cities from the Middle East.
I think my favorite part of this is that the 'Murica person Sparta Kicking the Pride person seems to be a genuine sentiment even though it could also be used in parody about how the Ya'all Qaeda wishes they could treat pretty much any minority/type they disagree with.
