Elon Musk buying nearly 10% of Twitter reminds me of when the Independent newspaper first started, which had a business model - which continues to this day - of not letting anyone own more than 10% of the business, thus making it impossible for any of said shareholders to exert any form of editorial control. Dunno about right now, but Rupert Murdoch previously bought part of that newspaper: the maximum 10%.
Musk will know about the concept of shareholders agreeing to ensure others can't have ideas above their stations: there's an awful lot of Twitter stock owners who can make their 1, 2, 5% etc become more than just 10% to override any other stock holders' 'opinions' re. the company, thus block them. Or perhaps Musk just wants those sweet, sweet profits: even from a social media company that's 'Woke'.
Rightards deluding themselves to own the libs.
