No woman is forced to be a wife and mother, but if she chooses to do that then she is wise if she practices the divine order, because a wife and mother that works outside the home neglects her home, children, and husband and she is tempted and influenced by selfish ambition, it is better for her to work at home and be satisfied with how much money her husband makes, and make due with that and homeschool her children in the ways of the Lord and her home will be blessed, this is what the scripture is trying to convey.

Tit 2:3 Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good,
Tit 2:4 so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,
Tit 2:5 to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.
