Various evidence that Darwin exists such as his books, papers, artifacts and even his remains help. The lack of all of the above for your Devil character is detrimental to belief in him.

Is there a philosopher by the name of Darwin that I'm not aware of? If you mean Charles Darwin of evolution fame then I have no clue why he would have tried to, nor why you think he should, explain such things.

What sort of hodge-podge Christian theology are you using? Satan and the Devil are, by the thinking of most Christian sects, one and the same. Of course, when there's nearly forty thousand different brands of Christianity I may have missed one where that's not the case.
