That was in the late 70s and early 80s when the HIV virus was considered as a form of cancer that only found in homosexual men.

That is how most infections is spread with everyone by unprotected sex. There is also the case of sharing needles if you're an I.V. drug user and babies without proper precautions before and during pregnancy.
Wow, now we homosexuals spontaneously generate viruses to infect the poor heterosexuals having sex with us? Evolutionary biologists would love to get to the bottom of THAT process... if it weren't purely a product of your ill-informed imagination.
I submitted this one. The guy kept linking to articles that he said supported his claim, then backing off and saying "Looks like they're bias" [sic] when someone pointed out that nowhere in the article did it say that two uninfected gays could have sex and get infected. He even posted an article warning that lesbians using sex toys could potentially expose themselves to disease as proof that using a strap-on anally would cause the virus to spontaneously generate.
And yes, he's a Jehovah's Witness creationist who believes that life can only come from other life or from God.

That sounds like the sort of alarmist crap I heard as a kid, that it was spread by mosquitoes or toilet seats. Then I grew up on the maxim that everyone must practice safe sex...After all, HIV is more often spread by heterosexuals in many developing countries.
More like the oblivious.
If the virus is not there, HIV can't be contracted, silly-nilly. And homosexual women are the group with the least numbers of STD's, including HIV.
Sure, the Pope and others have said that condoms cause AIDS, but that's just their way of trying to keep people from having sex.
