You may think I am joking but I am not. I cannot watch a woman preacher without lusting after her in some way or another even if it is for only a few seconds and that is the reason I believe that women should not be on the stage in front of men preaching. A woman does not lust after men but men lust after women and you cant listen to a sermon while checking her out, it is just wrong.

If you have lust, for anyone at all, then you're not Saved, and are thus not a Christian.
Women are not to preach, or even speak, in church because the Bible commands so.
"But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." 1 Timothy 2:12

At least this little monkey is honest with himself, in that he posseses no self control over his sexual drive. Absolutely wrong conclusions, of course but then again for their kind it`s really to be expected.
The only reason I didn't think this was DJS was because they were lusting after a grown woman. But good lord man, you clearly have the internet, knock one out sunday morning if you need to but don't make others suffer for your lack of coping skills.
He must have some kind of preacher fetish.
(I've heard of such a thing before, but not in heterosexual men.)
Fundies keep quoting the Epistles. What did Jesus himself have to say about that? Must not have been that important, because he said nothing.
BTW, is our dear Jerry Scottish? You be the judge!
Since when are we simple animals unable to repress our urges? I'd lust too, but it would not prevent me from listening.
BTW, listening would probably turn off my lust.....
"A woman does not lust after men"
As far as I know, they very much do. Also, I thought women turned into nymphomanic slutty harlot whores as soon as one gives them even the slightest amount of freedom.
Once again, "Christian" misogynists are ungrateful to the women who spread the egalitarian early Christianity, and misogynists have never been able to satisfy their need to "control" women.

Well, some heterosexual men certainly have a nun fetish, so why not female preachers?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joyce_Meyer
'Joyce Meyer (born Pauline Joyce Hutchison; June 4, 1943) is a Charismatic Christian author and speaker and president of Joyce Meyer Ministries.'
Not seeing your 'Lord' do anything about Joyce Meyer: preaching, even speaking in church because the Bible doesn't command so.
"But I suffer a woman to teach, and to usurp authority over the man". I.e. you , Jerky.
Not seeing your 'Lord' deal with Joyce - and many more like her - therefore your 'Lord' sgrees with her, don't bother him about it.
What are you going to do about Joyce Meyer & co., eh Jerkipoos? Because I know your 'Lord' is doing less than fuck all about her, therefore...!
Next time my girlfriend starts groping me in public, or pins me to the wall and kisses me while she's yanking my pants down, I'll tell her she's not lusting after me. Her response would be interesting, but I think her mouth would be full.
So if you lust after anyone at all, it's a sin?
And if you experience hunger after any food at all, that's a sin, too. It's not what you DO about the hunger. It's not that you gluttonously snarf down too much. No, no, it's the hunger that's the sin. And it's the desire you have for the preacher, not what you do about it that's the sin. Got it.
Dude, don't ascribe your personal fetishes to the rest of your gender. And don't get me started on the 'women don't lust' thing...
If you get off to female preachers, that's on you, and as long as you don't go making an ass of yourself about it, there's nothing wrong with it.
She should not preach because of YOUR problem? Hahaha! And "women do not lust after men"? Hahahahahahahahahaha. You're a real joker, James! Next you're going to tell me that men in the congregation never lust after the man in the pulpit, right? Right? Such a comedian, you ought to be on late-night TV.
Or, you could learn to keep it in your fucking pants instead of pretending it's the woman's fault because God.
@Jerry
"If you have lust, for anyone at all, then you're not Saved, and are thus not a Christian."
So, being a Christian means being an unthinking, unfeeling robot.
No thank you.
Just to reiterate for Jerky:

Which will appear whenever Jerkoid thinks he has the right to have ideas above his station: such as usurping the New Paradigm.
A paradigm his 'Lord' agrees with, seeing as Joyce Meyer still usurps men's 'authority' with absolute 'Lord'-backed impunity. His lack of dealing with her should tell you something, Jerkoid: apart from the proven fact that your 'Lord' doesn't exist; as further proof of Joyce Meyer's un dealt with status is testament to that fact.
Looking at the very much un dealt with Joyce Meyer above, I'm reminded of the saying: 'When God made Man, She was only kidding '. >:D
And yet, I, a heterosexual male, am somehow capable of interacting with multiple women everyday throughout the course of my daily routine without becoming helplessly and slavishly overburdened with lust.
If this bothers you so much, then stay home. Or neuter yourself; that would work too. But don't blame and punish women because (unlike normal men) you're too much of troglodyte to stop thinking with your dick.
"A woman does not lust after men"...?
Let's just say I very much beg to differ. Hehehe.
But like others on here have pointed out, it's what you do with the feeling/how you handle it that is or is not a sin (or breach of ethics) - not the feeling itself. In other words, just because I want to bang a guy doesn't mean I should.
There are over 33,000 Christian denominations in the world. He could easily find one that doesn't ordain women if he finds it so offensive. In fact, a quick Google search gave me four denominations in the U.S. that (unfortunately) don't ordain women; the Roman Catholic Church (duh), the Orthodox Church in America, the Souther Baptist Convention, the Missouri Synod Lutherian Church, and the Latter-Day Saints.
YOU lust after women preachers, so THEY shouldn't preach?
Silly boy; YOU are the common denominator here, not them. YOU should not watch or listen to women who preach.
Women do not lust after men? How do you know? Were you a woman in a former life, or what?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
