Yup, about 50 to 85 percent of all fertilized eggs never reach birth. A large majority of them are flushed out in early miscarriages.
In Sweden, and many other countries that have abortion rights, you can't have an abortion after week 21. If the fetus is brought out alive after that, it's seen as a child that has a right to lifesaving and life-sustaining medical care.

So, if you go swimming in the ocean, your skin will be burned and blackened, and peel off?
Why did that woman seek an abortion? Was there something medically wrong with her or with the fetus? All the ones who don't want to have kids have abortions around week 8-12. Abortions that late (week 22) are usually a tragedy for everyone involved, as the couple have started to adapt to becoming parents in about 18 weeks, and now the kid is dying before it was even born.
What have you done to reduce the number of unwanted pregnancies, Deb? Have you advocated for free contraceptives, better sex-ed in schools? What about making life easier for parents, to make more pregnancies wanted, like paid parental leave, cheap kindergarten, cheap healthcare for kids, free dental for kids, etc? In Sweden, we have care-of-sick-child leave, VAB for short in Swedish. Up to the kid is 12 years old, I think, a parent can stay at home to care for a sick child without losing any money.
If God created us, with this inefficient method of procreation, he has no problem with "blood of innocent unborn babies". Being a woman, you must be aware that women bleed almost every month of their lives, from about 12 to about 50.
