Yeah, 'cuz god'll drop that asteroid right on 'Muslimland', the birthplace of Muslims, and then they's gonna be all gone! YEE-HAW!

Read that "news story" again. It did not wipe out egoistic dinosaurs, or socialistic dinosaurs, it wiped out all the dinosaurs, regardless of faith or personality. If another asteroid of that size would hit us, it would probably wipe out all large animals and only leave crocodiles, small mammals and birds, as it did last time. Supposedly...
But, if it did wipe our humanity, the new would be without muslims. So you are basically right.
There's just one problem with you fantasy.
