Science never interested me because all I saw it doing was trying to disprove God, anyways if you want to watch some stuff on creationism since you know everything about evolution check out Dr. Dino AKA Dr. Hovind and he will explain how the Bible proves evolution is a farce.

Hell, even other creationists think he's full of shit. IIRC, he uses arguments that the Holy Grail of creationist rhetoric, Answers In Genesis, advises against using.

Science pays no heed to gods and religions, concerning itself with nature only. It is you fundamentalists and your weird cults that have decided to disparage science and to enter in to a cultural war with it.
Science doesn't give two hoots about cults and religions and couldn't care less what you think, other than that its practitioners would hope that you'll get a decent education.
Ultimately, whatever any of the cults and religions do or say, the natural world will still exist, and it will be best investigated by the best tool for the job, namely science.

Now me, I was bad at science in school, I got some parts of each branch while completely not understanding others. Which was frustrating. That didn't mean I went and ignored it.
It really saddens me that so many people who call themselves christian are willfully lieing just to muddy the facts in the public eye. This entire campaign is nothing more than that, they hope to make it seem to the under-educated as if there is disagreement in the scientific community as to whether creationism or evolution is correct.
They know they are lieing, we know they are lieing, yet they are succeeding according to recent polling data. More and more americans question evolution everyday because "the scientists don't agree".
It is beyond sad that they are so lacking in faith that they feel the need to obscure and deny reality to defend thier faith.

It was one of the first things I noticed about Hovind, he pretended to have an accomplished scientific background and claimed he had always approached the Bible with a Historical and Scientific mind. Then he'd go into full preacher mode of "we know the Bible's true, we know science can't explain things and only the word of God can be trusted".

So you've been exposed to alienation propaganda before you knew what science is. You were indoctrinated with straw men of science, so never knew of science, and still don't. Someone has deceived you to exploit you. Meanwhile, there are people who are not rejecting science and reality and are Christians. You probably also misconstrue some of them as "atheists".
There's nothing disproving the fact that we have evolved in the Bible, actually. A few ancient origin myths from human tradition, ignorant of the world?
Your particular definition of "fact" has been corrupted itself. Claims are not facts.
I suggest reading on the scientific method, to learn what science is actually about. It's not about "trying to disprove God". But it did discover that we're not the center of the universe. Those conclusions are supported by overwhelming strong evidence, it's not doctrinal claims. Rejecting facts is obscurantism. It's also interesting that you need to preach on off-topic gaming forums.
