Sex is extremely important for a healthy life. Even Maslow placed sex among other physiological needs such as food and water. So it's THAT important of a need.

Also as explained by Maslow, Humans need feelings of belongingness. Like intimacy and friendship. Not having any sex reduces your chances of satisfying these needs as well. Incels are hated by society because we can't get sex therefore we have low self esteem and can't satisfy our belongnigness needs.

So when someone tells you that sex isn't a necessity, You should tell them to shut the fuck up.

Look, sex is a perfectly healthy way for many adults in relationships to share intimacy, yes.
But on the same level as food and water? Hell no.
Have you literally starved before?
Have you actually gone without drinking anything for a couple of days or more?
I know how it feels to be "hungry" for a form of intimacy, but to say sex is as important as food and water is just ludicrous.
If you're so desperate for sex, masturbate or pay a prostitute, for goodness sake.
Otherwise, you'd better be willing to accept that you likely aren't going to have a successful relationship if you expect your partner to be a sex vending machine.

That’s one the third tier. Physiological needs are all on the very first tier. That is, you need food, water and shelter, before then assuring your safety and security (tier two), before really having any real concern about friendship, intimacy, or sex.

Sex is important for a health life, yes. Regular masturbation is good for both men and women, and non-binary people. Men need to empty the testicles of old semen and sperms now and then, and for women, it’s a very good perineum practice, to work against incontinence.

Yes, humans need belongingness, intimacy, love, and friendship. All these can be parental, between siblings or friends. No sex needs to be involved, at all.

No-one knows if you’re “incel” or not, UNLESS YOU TELL PEOPLE! You can’t see on a person if he or she had sex or not. Society is NOT hating you because you can’t get sex, but because you think you are OWED sex, and because you think women are not human.

Addressing one’s libido is part of sound psychological health but there’s two things to keep in mind:

First - The physical act of sex is not actually required for one’s health and to demand that another submit to the act just for a fleeting boost to your ego with no regard for or outright contempt of the other party’s thoughts and emotions seeing them only as an unintelligent tool for your personal use is psychologically damaging to them and abhorrent.

Second - You have many, many, MANY, other psychological issues precluding any sexual activity on your part ever being healthy that would have to be addressed first because even if you find ways to sidestep the issues that make you so utterly repellent to other human beings sex in your state of mind would only worsen your delusional take on humanity and the lack of fulfillment from the act would surely accelerate your descent into madness. Incels typically reject the very concept of psychology despite invoking it when they think it might get them a benefit or can be used to browbeat others into catering to their preferences.

Frankly, you’re bullshitting right now. Bullshit is the default method of interaction for you and you never have any intention of accepting that anyone else’s thoughts are worth listening to. And as such it’s you that needs to shut the fuck up.
