Most of you need to understand that moid wants are not logical if you zoom out. Moids evolved to have wants that only make sense in the short term because they are disposable. The moid's short term interest is monopolization of mates, and everything that appears to be "reasoning" in a moid is a mere post hoc rationalization of base short term instincts. It doesn't matter if eventually he'll have to resort to inbreeding to keep the guaranteed wives flowing, or that all of his epik chad son lineage will be deformed and uncompetitive in the long run. It doesn't matter that the moid will eventually die in a war as a result of society that he created. Because of lower offspring investment, the long term welfare of said offspring (and by extension society) simply isn't part of the moid's program on a purely biological level.
