Well, technically if you got rid of the police, along with the entire criminal justice system, there would be no crime - because nothing would meaningfully be a crime if there's no official method to enforce laws. There would just be inconsistent and sometimes arbitrary rules which are inconsistently and sometimes arbitrarily enforced by whoever decides that it's their place to do so. It wouldn't be complete chaos, as it's not like shared moralities don't exist or mean nothing, but the concept of "crime" would exist only on the abstract level.
Which is kinda the same thing here, really. Get rid of the concept of pedophilia as a form of abuse and/or a rights violation, and technically it will not be so, as children could no longer be violated that way in a legal sense. You'd still get a lot of people who are offended enough on the abstract moral level who would act as unofficial pedo cops, though.
