She was never moving towards him.
Ignoring that though there is a more fundamental problem. He walked in front of the car while she wasn’t moving. ICE agents are not supposed to get in front of cars for several reasons, including the risk of people driving at them. An officer can’t put himself in a dangerous situation and then claim the situation justifies shooting somebody.

Except that did not happen, nor is anyone even suggesting such a thing, if anything all the evidence points to her not at all trying to hit him and that the ICE officer in question acted way out of line, but you lot trying to bullshit and gaslight us all into thinking otherwise is not going to change that fact.
