DEPRESSION IS CAUSED BY EVIL SPIRITS AND DEMONS AND DEVILS

It's might even come becuase of the music you listen to..the people you hang around the tv show you watched etc many factors..the people you used to know etc ... but know that you are NOT depressed you are only sad ..depression is coming from devils and demons you just have to pray them away using name of Jesus Christ ...get around go for a walk ..LEAVE THAT THOUGHT PROCESS you have to refuse it rebuke it in Jesus Christ..or just change the music or change your circle of influence change your life follow Jesus Christ... change all your habits change everything and everyone around you change your circle and follow Jesus Christ...please it will pass ....they might even start suggesting to you to KILL YOURSELF please don't let them drive you there ..cuz suicide will make everything worse and when you crossed over you will see that life was actually beautiful and you were just in a season...

You are NOT depressed..you are only sad...depression is from an out side force not from within...its only within when you have removed GOD or wouldn't let him in...and have replaced him with with something else that should NOT be there say people places or things...beware follow Jesus Christ...

This is very dangerous. Mental disorders are not caused by demons.

Present your evidence for peer review to "The Lancet" and "British Medical Journal" for your 'claims' to be considered credible then, OP.

Yeah, Jesus didn't help when I was depressed.

That’s interesting…considering I was most depressed back when I was a good little church girl. Jesus never listened or did anything to relieve my depression, of course, but breaking away from that world, and their way of thinking SURE DID!

Church made my depression worse.

Maybe church is the real demon!!!

I’m depressed, sometimes it’s worse than other times. Talking a walk with my dog on a sunny day doesn’t cure it either, it just distracts me from the dark thoughts that it creates. Religion only makes me more depressed because of assholes like you. You know what actually does help? Proper medication to combat the symptoms and professional therapy to help me feel better about myself. And I may still be dependend on those meds for some time, as without them my emotions and mental state go completely chaotic.

Depression is not just “being sad”, is a genuine imbalance in your delicate brain chemistry! I should know, as my personality and worldviews genuinly change for the worse when I have one of my “episodes”. At such moments, I feel so unbelievably joyless, it’s like I’m unable to ever feel any kind of joy ever again. It’s genuine torture far beyond “sadness”.

At bad moments, I’ve even considered to take electroshock therapy, as I heard it might be able to cure me by “rebooting” my brain to factory settings, so to speak. Luckily it hasn’t come to that yet.

This is the kind of comment which could cause suicides from depressed persons made to drop their therapy.
