Attitudes towards guns on the dems and the left more broadly are pretty diverse. Even the most anti-gun figures on the left rarely meet up to the Right’s strawmen. The intention of the Second Amendment was to ensure that the government couldn’t shove the people around. Ironically, that’s exactly what antifa uses guns for. The Second Amendment was NOT to deal with masked robbers or shoot a doe, contrary to popular myth.
