Only male-female intercourse produces children through love, and such intercourse occasions a connectedness and spiritual union between the halves of humanity, which dwarfs whatever momentary awkward pleasures one can get from having sex with someone of the same sex, whose body parts make full and pleasant intercourse unattainable.

What you mean is "my sex is better than your sex", but when you consider how many varied heterosexuals engage in sex, and some find it mutually satisfying while others do not, I think you'll find that generalizations of that kind are meaningless. That falls under the heading of bragging, rather than meaningful sociological commentary.
...and unless you've tried both, with multiple partners of each sex (enough to get statistics), your ability to judge the sex lives of others is behind your grasp.
sex with someone of the same sex, whose body parts make full and pleasant intercourse unattainable.
Well, sure, if you don't know what you're doing.

You do realize that people have sex just for the sake of "having a good time" without the idea of reproduction involved.
which dwarfs whatever momentary awkward pleasures one can get from having sex with someone of the same sex, whose body parts make full and pleasant intercourse unattainable.
For a heterosexual person, this would be right. However, for people who don't identify and straight, they would have no problems with awkwardness at all.
What is comes down to is this Bobby. There are more than just your male to female missionary position that many (including heterosexuals) enjoy...a lot, and you think gay sex is icky.
Not all male-female intercourse produces children through love. Hubby and me have had unprotected sex since 1998, and it has only resulted in a miscarriage in 2002.
Intercourse that does not produce children occasions a connectedness and spiritual union between the "halves of humanity", which equals whatever momentary awkward pleasure one can get from having sex with someone of the same or opposite sex, whose body parts make full and pleasant intercourse, ya know, full and pleasant.
actually, reproductive intercourse only needs a matched pair of fertile gametes and someplace for the fertilized egg to incubate. love is completely optional. so is connectedness. so, for that matter, is sexual pleasure.
Male-female intercourse also takes place without love, merely to obtain that "momentary awkward pleasure" for one or both (or more) participants. Male-female intercourse also sometimes results in pregnancy unintentionally, whether through failure or lack of use of birth-control. Masturbation also provides "momentary awkward pleasure." What business is any of this of yours, unless you're one of the participants, and why do you waste any time thinking about the sex activities of other people, whether strangers or friends?

Unless you're gay, in which case it works out just fine.
Dearie, you never had the "Birds and the Bees" talk, did you? Intercourse doesn't produce children through love, but through sex.
All intercourse occasion a connectedness and spiritual union between parts of humanity.
You've had gay sex, have you Bobby? How else would you know whether it's more or less awkward than straight sex?
Intercourse just means interacting with others, honey. A pleasant discussion over lunch with friends is also "full and pleasant intercourse".
Edit. Ooops, I had already commented on this one. Oh well, spending a bit too much time here, perhaps...
Confused?
