If so, I hope my permit has reciprocity in other states.

If not we will have to fight for constitutional free speech in every state.

Look up 'Private Companies' and 'Beholden' in the US Constitution.

Because as per what you're using right now, that & their ability to do so is just as non-existent.

But since that document was drawn up, you should realise that your so-called 'Freeze Peach isn't free of consequences.

And neither are the lawsuits as a result.

SIGH Look, there’s a heated debate going on about the censorship of social media lately, due to them blocking Trump. People seem to ignore one simple issue: social media isn’t a right of free speech, it’s a privelige to spread said free speech. A privelige that the corpo’s have every right to take away once you break your side of the mutual agreement; namely not posting hate messages or using to promote terrorism & violence.

Granted, the corpo’s could have stuck to that earlier and blocked Trump & his stormtrumpers months ago, but IMO what they’re doing is neither immoral nor illegal.

The first amendment is a binding on the government. Social media enforcing their TOCs is perfectly legal.
