Hey, if we make machines capable of reproduction, and allow minor mutations in design, that could actually happen after a long enough time scale!
Self-replicating machines and self-learning AIs. Could theoretically evolve with enough intelligence and time(*). Your argument is very invalid.

Sad thing is there is a decent idea here. Hypothetically if humanity creates sentient robots and we die out in the future and those robots continue to thrive, reproduce, and create a society without us, they may get to the point where some of them won't even believe they were created by man. So maybe such a situation could exist far in the future.
That's the thing we don't know and can't know.
