Even if Kavanaugh gets the SCOTUS job, We The People can still vote, cause a Blue Wave and get his butt impeached along with Trump. According to Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight site (and Nate's usually quite accurate) there's a VERY GOOD chance that The Senate's going to go Blue!
The only reason the Far-Right's been "winning" elections all these years is due to much of the majority not bothering to vote. Gerrymandering and voter suppression schemes are also a factor.
Since Jabba The Fartt as Prez is now a thing, and we've seen how he's treated Latin-American refugees and their children (literal crimes against humanity and many of those kids still have yet to be returned to their parents) and that he wants to have a booger named Brett for SCOTUS....we're pretty darn "woke" and more likely to get off our butts and vote!
Women's marches, #MeToo, The Parkland Kids, Emily's List, VoteBlue, Black Lives Matter, etc. show there's a Resistance. We've seen a glimpse of "The Republic of Gilead" and WE DO NOT WANT IT!
Several states have now been taking precautions to protect voting machines from tampering and there aree some that have been doing their best to limit Russian meddling. Even if Kavanaugh succeeds in getting Mueller of Trump's butt, the States can pick up where Mueller left off....and we can vote in a bluer Senate to impeach both Trump and Kavanaugh AND neuter the GOP!
