I think it should be illegal. Health of mom for me is not a reason to abort if the baby has a chance to live. Like I said before, we live in a time where sex is very dangerous and can kill you, you know that risk when you choose to have sex.

So does a married woman have the choice to not have sex with her husband?
Does she have the right to use deadly force to prevent her husband from having sex with her since she could die in the subsequent pregnancy?

You mean "when you choose to be born as female", right? Because men don't risk dying from septicemia or an ectopic pregnancy after THEY have had sex, do they? They do risk being forced to watch their wives/girlfriends dying in agonizing pain, though.
Do you also mean "when you choose to be raped"?
