Bashing a guy cause he doesn’t like you or think like you do is a form of slavery, you seek to force him to agree with your view or be an enemy. I’ll go back to 1850 thanks very much biggest expansion of the average persons wealth in history.
(Note, Ingar is talking about a post where WHTM mocked neo-nazi Andrew Anglin)

Okay. It's also socialism. And Marxism. And Satanism. Anarchy. Gay. Imperialist. Ad hominem. Throw all the buzzwords at the speaker! Makes all the sense. Because anything bad is all the bad.
Sure. And i don't know about the original comment, but when i bash someone it's not because they don't think like i do. It's because they think like an idiot.
Thing is, if someone thinks like an idiot but their conclusion agrees with me, I'll still mock them for idiotic thinking. The atheist who disbelieves in creation because 'if god made continents, beaches would be straight line.' That guy's an idiot. Notto promote creationism, but because his thinking needs to be hit with a stick.
And it's not slavery to disagree, with additional mockery.
A certain memorial in Washington DC.
Abraham Lincoln was considered an 'enemy': so why does that structure commemorating his life - and what he did to more than force others to admit they were more than wrong - exist, then...?!
That Republican president's name lives eternally: what will you amount to, Andiepoos...?!
And why Mr. Galaxy Brain here doesn’t think it’s slavery when Andy-Pooz does it is probably a combination of convenience and not actually thinking things through in the first place.
ETA: And one of the major things he’s missing with the 1850 comment is that a major part of that wealth expansion was the Gold Rush... somehow I doubt this guy would really be up for that particular kind of work.
Ingar, you want to go back to 1850 for the biggest wealth expansion for white men? Ok, well then you’ll have to find a claim (do you know how and where gold occurs, which minerals it appears in conjunction with, etc?), fight others for it (natives who you’ll be stealing land from and then the white guys who will come along and try to over power you for your claim?) and mine it all yourself. This is in addition to getting food, water, and shelter, which you’ll also have to provide for yourself.
Still want to live in 1850, Ingar?
Considering yourself as owning people, and forcing them to work for you for no pay, except perhaps food and shelter, THAT is what slavery is about.
Mockery is the price you pay for being in any way influential, or an authority figure.
The big Potato Famine was around 1850. Sure, if a million people starve to death (and another million emigrates), the ones who survive and stay might gain the “wealth” that the dead people used to own.
If I were to bash someone, it would be for discriminating against and/or persecuting innocent people for things they can’t do anything about. That’s not merely disagreeing with someone, that is actively harming people.
Confused?
