It's called reactive abuse because dogs nature is abusive towards us humans. Barking is noise abuse because it causes psychological stress.
Other pets are actually the same way in their parasitic nature.

Not even ten seconds on Google and i know you’re an idiot. It’s ‘reactive’ because an abused victim ‘reacts’ to their abuser with aggression. Which is used to justify further abuse.
Like as kids, saying the little sibling ‘started it’ by hitting you back.
Also, dogs were literally bred for cooperative natures. If dogs are regularly abusive in reaction to you, you have a discrete problem. Like Twain said, ‘If a person doesn’t like dogs, i don’t always know what that means, but if a dog doesn’t like a person i take that as gospel.’

Dogs…bark. This reminds me of the people who say babies crying is a sin because it’s so annoying.

Words have meaning. ‘Parasite’ is not typically applied to pets as most of them are in the owner’s life at the owner’s choice. They get SOMETHING from the wolf, tiger, or dinosaur cohabiting with them. If you can’t perceive a benefit, that’s fine. But you’re in no position to judge the relationship.
The creature known as man's best friend is abusive in nature to humans?! 😳 Well do I know that their barking is usually not aggression, but just 🐕 talk, saying hello. Sometimes boredom or defending their territory.
It's abuse OF 🐕 that I find so upsetting, because they are loving and loyal.
Cats are not parasitic, but nobody has ever owned one.
This vid speaks volumes in two ways:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsbGSSZ2xPE
One: About the extreme humanity of the couple who returned to more or less normality a dog that was all but a walking husk.
Two: How the OP isn’t human.
Always thought r/dogfree was a parody of r/childfree, honestly. It certainly has the insane troll logic down.
I mean if you don't want kids, or dogs. that's fine, but to try to portray kids/dogs as evil is a wee off.
I say this as someone who was deeply terrified of all dogs as a child, to the point of panicked paralysis and screaming fits, and who has only recently started to work through the issue, even I find this to be a bit fucking much.

I was also terrified of dogs (especially big ones) as a kid, but I got over it once my parents got our first pet pupper back then. Anyway, even though current me is a dog lover, both mes would still think the OP is an asshole.
Confused?
