That’s applicable for the president. Sure, Charlie Kirk was an asshole, but he didn’t hold any office. His death was unexpected. It’s often said that assassination is pointless, but Kirk’s assassination was more pointless than most (especially as he had thousands of low-IQ followers who like to apply messianic metaphors to real-life events).
