A moot point, after the Tower of Babel any connection was severed.

The ur-language might be found easier by looking at the proto-languages of the larger families of languages than through watching your video.

People have often suggested doing this, the problem is that 1.) The currently reconstructed proto-languages are probably not perfect reconstructions; 2.) Entire language families have either ceased to exist or left only one or two isolates, leaving holes in the data to reconstruct the ancestor of all proto-languages, 3.) Even that doesn’t necessarily reconstruct the Ur-language, as the resulting proto-proto language might merely be one step further back.

And then there’s an issue with wanderworts (German for “wander words”), which are words which, over time, can spread across most or all of a language family, despite potentially not even originating within that family. You can “reconstruct” it all the way back to the proto-language despite it only first showing up much later. It can also potentially displace existing words, which can potentially result in a displaced word not being reconstructed from the proto-language.

Also it’s likely that the very first language spoken by early homo sapiens consisted mostly of hand signs supplemented by onomatopoeia. You can’t really reconstruct that.
