40-50% of LGBTQ 'people' are child sexual abusers. 90% of 'gay couples' abuse their adopted children whether it be physical, psychological or sexual abuse. these people get unrestricted access to our children in schools. there are reasons these people were 'discriminated' against. it was widely understood most of them are child molesters!
recently a black 'gay couple' bashed a white kids brain in and got away with his murder.

Um, how much time have you spent as a school teacher? You get them for a few hours a day, along with 20 to 120 other kids. You get one prep period and one duty period. Can't really consider it unrestricted access if you're supposed to be monitoring the lunchroom for fights or escorting the guy who painted himself purple to the principal's office. Certainly not when you're trying to get five of them to shut up so the other 25 can do the assignment. They won't come to your room during prep for some extra attention unless the resource teacher escorts him personally to come take the exam he missed...

Gay couples are probably much more scrutinized after adopting children, and it rather seems that children with gay parents fair slightly BETTER than the average child. But so do the average adoptive child too, probably because adoptive parents have been forced to fight for the ability to have children, they have been vetted, they are very determined and they know that they really really want to have children. Quite a few “natural” parents just find themselves pregnant and thing “What they heck; how hard can it be?”.
No people get “unrestricted” access to “our children”. If any group does get that, it’s priests and pastors.
The reason they were discriminated against was that they were different, and people made up all kind of lies and fairy-tales about their difference. Like you are now, pants-on-fire.

Is the OP on about Scully-Hicks? That's the only case I can think of where the adoptive kid died of a traumatic brain injury. Scully-Hicks was tried, convicted and sentenced. Besides, I think he was white, or white-passing.
