Betcha almost anything it most certainly does not.

Weird how the conservatives are VERY familiar with the exact language of the ’don’t say gay’ bill in Florida, and only want to talk about the explicit language used, but for this, they’re insinuating all sorts of unwritten consequences that are just NOT there.

Nope, it doesn’t. Surprise, surprise. It’s basically the anti-Texas abortion bill; a bill that states anyone who actively interferes with someone trying to get an abortion in California can be sued. It also removes an odd requirement that the local coroner do a full autopsy on any fetus that “could have been part of an illegal abortion” that was apparently in California law.
