Rasmussen reports .com apparently does daily polls to gauge the approval rating, it says it's from 1,500 voters, +/-3%. Now, it says it updates daily at 9est. They do this by comparing the polls from the same dates, so Trump's rating on the same day compared to Biden's, 2017 vs 2021.
The OP's post came out the 9/26 at 12am. Doesn't say time zone. Assuming that, the only poll that compares Biden and Trump that was the "latest" he would be citing had Trump with a 2% lead, him at 44% approval and Biden with 42%. No mention of Harris. The last time there was at least a 10% pure difference (not including the margin of error) was 8/2, with Biden having a 49% approval rating to Trump's 38%.
Can use and search browser to look up Rasmussen presidential poll, it's the first one that comes up.
But, to save you all the trouble, the root of the issue is that Wayne is apparently demonstrably lying about this. As I said, unless there is some other post I'd have to dig around to find, WAR is a lying sleezebag. I doubt it was news to anyone, but still.
