I thought the media was ignoring his murder because it was a white kid killed by a black man?
Seriously it is a tragic story, any killed being killed is a tragic story. However there has been justice for Cannon. The muderer has been arrested alreay, and will hopefully die in jail.
No explanation of this garbage assertion is forthcoming, of course.
And I haven't seen anyone celebrating his murder, but I have seen a bunch of wingnuts popping bigot-boners over it.

Nobody in their right mind, CELEBRATES a little boy's murder! Please, all that future snuffed out. Even crims, which is going to make that scumbag's life interesting now.
I've noticed that these people3 don't actually care about this boy or his death. He's merely a bludgeon they can wield against the BLM movement, a white victim of a black criminal they think undoes all that BLM is trying to achieve. Anytime they say his name, you can almost hear the little hamster inside their skulls screaming, “Checkmate. Real Racists!”
