Who knows how to file a DMCA against "fundies say the darnedest things"?

OK, so I've been researching what I can do to take Fundies (which is an offensive term) Say the Darnedest Things down, and I've come across something called a DMCA that I think will get the company that runs the server of the website to take them down at least for a little bit while I peruse other legal options. I'm not really sure how to file one though, anyone know how?

2. DMCA is a COPYRIGHT law. It does not pertain to comments posted on a website which are legally posted on another site. By your standard, if I videotaped you driving past my house, and posted the video on, say, Youtube, you could sue me. Copyright doesn't work that way.
3. I thought you guys claimed to love "freedom." If you believe in freedom of expression, it has to apply to everyone whether or not you like it. For example, I might not like what you say but I would never dream of trying to use the government to censor you. Don't like free speech? Move to North Korea.

No copyrights have been violated, quotation that appear of FSTDT are all either from the public domain, or covered by Fair Use exclusions. Filing a fasle DCMA complaint, just like filing a false police report, is a crime. FSTDT has violated no laws and any attempt to shut the site down, just because you don't like it, would be an attempt to violate our constitutionally protected right to free speech.

The fact that you find the term "Fundie" offensive is irrelevant, you do not have the right to not be offended, if that were the case then every single muslim in the World would have a valid legal claim against millions of islam bashing christian fundies all across the internet.

It's nice that you admit you're about to commit outright deceit and abuse of process right off the bat. Let no one say that fundies lack moral fibre! Real bastards would file such legal harassments behind the victim's back, but no, not the fundies! They're the most chivalrous opponents we have seen! (...wait, how can you be chivalrous and deceitful at the same time?)

Moving right along - anyway, yeah, the web host is required to take the thing down until the other party files a counterclaim. The fun parts of the process are a) the part where you assert under the penalty of perjury that you're the copyright holder of the material that is being taken down and b) what might possibly happen after the counterclaim. (Least of which, of course, is that the offended party posts the DMCA notice on the site, with an appropriate disclaimer like "look at this lying jackass" or something equally or more thoughtful.)
