It’s truly an honor to be hated by people who cheer for abortion and the genital mutilation of children

The Right Wing blog-o-sphere been all over Tucker Carlson’s hot take on Biden’s the State of the Union Address, particularly the brief parts about abortion and trans youth. I want to say that it was “inflammatory and barely adjacent to reality”, but that’s just normal Tucker. He was doing the dialed-up-to-11 deranged nonsense which we more often see from the likes of Alex Jones and Rush Limbaugh. Regardless, the current uptick in “Libs sacrifice the unborn to Moloch and mutilate 5-year olds” like the OP can be traced entirely to Tuckums.
[Edit: Because it was not made clear, I meant to say that Tucker mostly focused on the parts of the SOTU Address which involved abortion and trans kids despite that these were only minor parts of the Address.]

That doesn’t happen on our Earth, it happens on the another-universe Earth where…
…the US age of criminal responsibility is 7 years.
…in lots of countries, once school children are finished with what Americans call elementary school, they go on to girl schools and boy schools.
…some Germans insisted that Angela Merkel was born in Finland.
…the spy balloon that was shot down came from North Korea.
They don't cheer for abortion but for women's rights. They don't support harming children, that's your false conspiracy theory to demonize human rights and transpeople. That's either ignorant or malicious, or both, it's hate speech leading to bigotry and harm against actual people. And you're stupidly fighting against your own interests.
Twitter is complicit for promoting the dissemination of hate speech. If not legally liable, it is still ruining its reputation and as it's radicalizing decent people are leaving it.
Confused?
