I don't trust a product line that isn't backed any evidence that I can check. Their products aren't. The CDC owns a bunch of vaccine patents too, so why wouldn't they make a buck by selling the product and lie about it's safety.

uh-huh sure, the only court case that involves the HHS that shows up when I looked that up was Cedillo v. Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Cedillos LOST that case, which court case are you talking about Ghosty!? ’CAUSE IT SURE AS FUCK AREN’T THAT ONE!

and… and the whole bit about the CDC, the FUCKING CDC, a public entity meant to PREVENT a major outbreak of a major disease, is SELLING vaccines, even though it doesn’t make any goddamn sense whatsoever given the CDC often times FREELY ADMINISTERS THE VACCINES TO PEOPLE so how the FUCK can they sell something that they give out freely!?

Erm. You can check for evidence of vaccinations working. You just use non scientific sites and can't find evidence there

Every time new evidence appears, I’m fairly certain someone in the anti-vaxx movement is required to scream “there is no evidence” at the top of their lungs.

I actually checked his link, and all it seems to have a link to itself. Am I not understanding how that site works, or is OTG the idiot here?

It seems to be some kind of pdf. I’m not installing new software for anything this guy has to download, so someone else will have to take a look.

Weird, click his link and I get a blank page with a link. Middle click the link that leads to the exact same address and I get an attempt at a preview, which says I don’t have pdf support in my browser. (I assure you I do, I’ve looked at several other pdfs this way.) Try to click to download, and I get a 404 error. So yes, sta.sh works really strange, and OnlyTheGhosts is an idiot.

So I checked the link. It’s a claim from the Informed Consent Action Network (an anti-vaxx group masquerading as a legitimate non-profit) that they “won” a case against the DHHS over vaccine safety. Attached is a copy of the court document.

However, if one actually reads the bottom of the court document, or looks into the official case records, one finds that the case was dismissed, with prejudice, on the grounds that there was no evidence for ICAN’s claims.

So this is basically anti-science plague enthusiasts lying about observable reality; par for the course, in other words.
