You know, the Catholic Church did that for centuries, from at least 400 AD to the end of the 18th century, in order to create male singers with feminine pitch. Do some reading about castrati.
And no, underage boys and girls cannot receive transgender surgery until they are legally adults. Stop pushing lies for your god.
Even if you repeat it forever, I doubt that you have the magical ability to physically suddenly transform fetuses into children.
Teaching about racism is not systematically accusing about it. On the other hand, systemic racism is also a thing. In any case, put children of different colors together without parental prejudice and they'll soon be friends. You're the problem, not them. In fact, I see your argument as promoting racism and a supposedly racist God. Unsuprising, since it's not God who created humans in his image, but the other way around.
