Yyyeahhh, that case wasn't about providing gender affirming care. This woman was one of the minority of people whose gender dysphoria was caused by other mental health issues, and of the minority of those people whose issues weren't identified, and a minority of *those* people where it was because the psychologist didn't do their job right.

There is this idea that autistic people have an idea about what each gender is supposed to be like and are becoming trans to adhere to those rules. Quite unlike the entirely neurotypical transphobes who insist that your gender is all in your gonads and will have a loud and violent public meltdown if someone breaks those norms.
