[In response to allegations of people altering the Bible]
Theres no doubt in my mind that God would not let his word be altered in any way he did not want it to be. If Sodam and Gomorah were struck dead just 4 lying, then why can't some monk be struck dead?
This is an uneducated statement because I've heard nothing but contradictions of evolution from evolutionists and creationists. The fact that there is still apes is one of millions.

I thought for the longest time that I had a chemical imbalance (or other physical problem associated with depression or emotional instability). I even took two different kinds of anti-depressants. However, in the end, I found that relying on God and trusting His promises given to us through the Bible was the only thing that cured me of my problem. The pills seemed to work a little, but they had side effects and made me feel in some ways "fake" (as if my contentedness was because I was "drugged," which I was). The pills seemed to treat the symptoms, while trusting in God cured me of the problem (the source of the symptoms).
I'd recommend avoiding them.

I often wonder how people develop such negative concepts of God and maintain such hostile attitudes toward a deity.
Regardless of the "hoop" one must jump through, one must either jump or face the wrath of the deity. Shaking the fist and calling the hoop unfair really doesn't change the situation.
If God said, "You must sodomize three animals before you die" in order to get to heaven, then you had better get humping. Obviously, that's not the case, but I wonder if everyone would complain as much?
as for sex NO, I repeat, No 13 year old should be having sex under any circumstances. No, I repeat, No condoms should be given out at ANY schools elementry through High School. IT IS NOT THE GOVERNMENTS JOB to teach my kids anything about sex, provide condoms or anything of the sort. I will never allow the state to come close to teaching my children about sex. I remember when I was in Sex ed, they had a whole chapter on the joys of different sex positions...that is not a joke....I was in 7th grade, That is outrageous!!!!! Do NOT give my children condoms or any of their friends condoms, because it's like saying "hey, your not old enough to have a car, but here's the key's to the car with the door open and no ones looking, c'mon kid get inside, no one will know" I don't think so!!!!!! not my kids!!!!
Well, on a personal standpoint and being a Christian the only literature I need to read to understand there is proof that Jesus existed and that He had a brother named James is the bible. I dont care what the scientist have to say, I dont care what the LA times has to say..or any person out there. I have my proof and that is why I believe.
If you are a serious Christian the predominant thing in your life is following Jesu Christ and his teachings. Your marriage and dates should serve primarily to uplift you and encourage you in your growth in God. You cannot be restricted by a non-Christian mate. All they will do is serve to hold you back from doing God's will and the having the best in your life. It's impossible for a non-Christina and a Christian to be meant for eachother.
And my faith is brought upon that circulat logic, and if you are INTERPRETING the bible, then you must have a something that backs itself up. It does that.
If you an atheist that disagrees witht eh bible, then yes you are right, and yes, it shows you have no faith, but for the people who do have faith,it varifies what is right and what is wrong.
I dont think music in itself is evil (like the early church monks used to think there where evil intervals like the tritone) but what is done with the music and the various bad messages (kill yourself, worship evil, womanize, etc...) it can contain. For instance before I came to really know Christ I listened to a lot of music that I dont listen to know, for example Nine Inch Nails. Im a huge fan of electronic music and I think Trent Reznor is a real genious. Unfortunately I just cant listen to his music anymore, because of songs like "Heresy" which goes, " God is dead and no one cares, if there is a hell i'll see you there". It brings me down.
I'm certainly not saying the Repubs are without fault, I'm just saying the Democrats want nothing more then to take away the religious freedom we hold so dear. If you don't believe it look at California and Florida..Democrats in those states are working to take God out of the pledge. Republicans stand for government getting the heck out of the way so Americans can live their life freely.

Ghosts are everywhere. I think a lot are good though. I have been walking in my house late night in the dark, and saw a quick glimpse of something. Not sure what just did. Guardian Angels. But as 4 evil ones, i dont know. I know the devil is real and can pollute peoples minds!

I am sure there is plenty of statistics you can check out. I really don't know why you would need proof though. The obvious is right in front of us everyday. Just put yourself in a person's situation who is addicted to porn. Ask, what is porn doing to that person's life. How could there life be better without it. It starts with victoria secret, then to playboy, then he goes to the free porn sites, then he buys a xxx subscription, then hes sending nude pictures, then hes receiving them, then hes chatting to fourteen your old girls who don't have a dad to give them affection and the guy ends up raping and killing her, then going home to his wife and kids.

no nudity is not immoral. It is quite normal and dignifying for a man to show his penis outside while strolling to buy milk. Or a woman to show off her boobs while working, it would make every fellow employee especially the males one to feel excited to go to work. Ok, seriously, this is really sucky logic. First of all, there are more women who are Christians than men, and not just here, but all over the world. Secondly, the Bible doesn't treat women like trash, it places them where they belong, in submission to their husband, and before everyone jumps on me, take note that the women who were not married were only to submit to Christ and the authority of the land they lived in. The excuse that God is a absentee landlord, tyrant, torturous, cruel, (etc.) being up in the sky is a crutch for athiests and agnostics, to give them a good reason not to believe.
So 'hell' is actually a crutch for the athiest, not the Christian.

news has a serious Clinton lean! Good thing hardly anyone watches CNN anymore! Fox news is #1 because people can tell when they are being lied to.

I know that it is getting close to Halloween so you see ghosts every wear in the stores. That makes me wonder. What are ghosts? They have been documented and scientificaly researched. Evan the most sane people see hauntings. I've taken a tour of an actual huanted house (The Whaley House, San Diego, CA) I know that when you die you go to Judgment Day and so on and so forth. Are these realy spirits of the departed. I was an amateur paranormal investigator and I have seen some pretty wierd stuff. I just want to know what it is. Is it a demon? It could be but demons are monopreasant. Multiple ghosts can be seen. Is there some cross between Heaven and Hell when spirits srill walk the Earth.
Revrand [another poster] is Satan's servant and he is under the power of Satan. I don't care WHAT anyone thinks of me, but I know that this person is under control of demons. He needs to repent and surrender his life to JEsus Christ and the one true God. As I was reading this forum, i just started crying because I can't believe my generation.
