Actually, if you read the damned story Noah cursed Ham, not God. And he did it because his son drunk-shamed him.
(Edit: I’m seeing some references to Canaan, which I don’t remember from the story of Noah’s Ark. I guess I’ve got some re-reading to do.)
Africans only became slaves more than a thousand years after that story of seriously skewed morals was ever written. See, round the time Jesus supposedly walked the Earth Africans had kingdoms. Far from being “the servants of servants” from before recorded history Africa is the cradle of humanity and the birthplace of civilization. Even China is willing to admit that (correcting President cheeto-stubs in the process which I have to admit was awesome) and they’re no strangers to ego-stroking revisionist history.
Your butchery of an already dubious story is nothing more than an excuse for the lazy and prideful to elevate themselves above their fellow man to achieve wealth without effort or personal toil. You know, supposedly Godly Christian virtues? You rewrite morality to fit convenience and attribute your self-deification to God. It’s the kind of thing that’s the reason Nietzsche said “God is dead. We killed him.” Slavery had much less to do with divine powers than military might. First buying prisoners of war and changing the very nature of slavery from an already abhorrent individual term of punishment to an utterly inhuman practice of children born of forced breeding (rape in other words) inheriting bondage as a social caste. Then deciding might makes right and just pointing guns at the entire population.
Now get off your ass, stop waiting for a handout from the person you want to use as a footstool while demanding they live to higher standards of conduct and productivity than you ever willingly would, and try being less of a disgrace of a human being. Racists try to ride the coat-tails of the great thinking they’ll be dragged along. All you’re doing is pinning us in place and getting our coat dirty.
