Today, California resentenced Scott Peterson for the killing of his wife and unborn son. Today Gavin Newsom proudly announced California would be an abortion “sanctuary,” and fund the killing of more unborn children . Why is Peterson in prison but Newsom & abortionists in power?

Oh right, maybe because the wife was a human being and not just an incubator, therefore homicide. The only abortion I know that killed both potential mother and baby, was the old backyard coat-hanger kind, where the girl often died of infection or bleeding out.
LOL Raise: “California resentenced Scott Peterson for the killing of his wife and unborn son, Gavin Newsom proudly announced California would be an abortion “sanctuary,” and fund the killing of more unborn children. Why is Peterson in prison but Newsom & abortionists in power?”
Someone else: “Uhm…because of the ‘killed his wife’ bit!”
LOL Raise: “That was just the host entity!!”
Once again, it’s proven that pro-lifers do not care about life at all. A pregnant woman has no rights, she is merely an incubator, useful only during the time she is host to the unborn life. And said unborn life is only precious as long as its existence burdens said incubator. Once it’s born (and therefore independent), all bets are off and it’s just as devoid of rights as said incubator is.

“resentenced Scott Peterson for the killing of his wife”
You just answered yourself and you’re fuckin welcome. The wife happened to be pregnant which can incur additional time and penance NOT because the government intristically recognizes the fetus’ “rights” but because you are in fact making this decision for the only person who should have the ability to make it herself.
Woman who is currently pregnant having the option to abort =/= anyone having that option to enact on her. Got it, dipshit?
Because he murdered his wife, who was a fully born, living, breathing grown woman and not a fetus! In fact, I find it weird that the fetus was counted as a son and named “Connor” despite being only a “potential person”.
Confused?
