The [former Soviet] republics which need to come to their senses - you can list them yourselves - why should we recognize their independence at all? The breakup of the USSR wasn’t legally formalized. Legal procedure wasn’t observed! We shouldn’t recognize the Nazi states which formed on the remnants of the USSR. We should demand - if some people [Ukraine] are demanding the borders of 1991 - we should demand the borders of 1986. Not only that, tell me please, on the basis of laws, on the basis of agreements, just explain to me please what does Germany consist of? Where is the GDR? Why aren’t we disavowing the agreement from then, the Two Plus Four Agreement? After all, fundamental laws were violated. Promises given to us and written down were broken. Well, lets not recognize the unification of West Germany and East Germany, east Germany’s absorption. Let’s demand the return of our sphere of influence! And based on that, let’s recognize the existence of East Germany, while not recognizing the existence of those countries as united. Let’s not recognize the unification! And let’s conduct our policy and diplomacy on the basis that we don’t consider the unification of Germany legitimate and consider them separate territories.
