The economy in the shitter, no normal person can afford things anymore, fascist repressions everywhere, all the West hates you now, your own farmers are dying out and selling to the banks because you enacted every policy imaginable to fuck them over, promised bunch of cash which never arrived in the proverbial mail.

Yes, I’d say he might actually want this - I think he believes it might make it easier for him to just completely throw out the constitution and all the other things he hates like our social safety net, laws against raping children, and all the other things he’s complained are in his way.
