The second amendment is the bear arms and well regulated militia. You might have meant first which gives right to fly flag of treason. And lost the war.

Let’s talk Constitutional rights. Nascar is a private institution. You don’t have any right to tell them what flags they have to accept.

NASCAR is a private group and so not bound by the Bill of Rights.

Moreover, the Second Amendment is about the right to keep and bear arms; you must have spoke about the First one.

Well, it was started by a bunch of guys who had to have fast cars because they were bootlegging whiskey. Does that mean that NASCAR has to still support liquor smuggling to this day?

Also, maybe this is just being pedantic, but technically “NASCAR” isn’t a sport; it’s a governing body for the sport of “stock car” racing. Saying “NASCAR is a sport” would be like saying “the NFL is a sport.” But what should I expect from someone who doesn’t know the First Amendment from the Second?

Do you mean all products you buy, or just the ones that advertise At NASCAR events?

People are weirdly obsessed with a piece of cloth. How is it "your" flag? I doubt it was because you fought under it or a relative fought under it and passed it down the generations.

It wasn’t even really the “Confederate flag” anyway…
